As a project manager, you will coordinate the implementation of client projects with our development team. You will primarily work with large corporations and well-known mid-sized companies.

Tasks & Responsibilities
Moch.IT is looking for a performance-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our growing team. As a project manager, you will be the key link between the client and our development team. Working with new clients and projects means variety, seeing the direct results of your work, and the opportunity to continually learn new things. You will contribute actively to customer projects and the growth of our company with your strong organizational skills, ideas, and passion for technology.

- Manage customer project planning
- Assist in controlling project plans, outcomes, and budgets
- Coordinate between internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project progress and report updates to the product owner and management
- Analyze client needs, facilitate project meetings, create documentation, and manage risk assessments
- Ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle
What You Should Bring
- You’re a team player: Along with our clients and IT experts, we achieve great things. Work closely with a diverse team of experts and learn from the best.
- Strong customer-oriented communication skills. Share your ideas and communicate the best solutions with team members and clients.
- Organizational talent: Show how you can create solution-oriented project plans, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
- German language skills (written and spoken) at a native level are required for communication with clients.
- Good English skills are necessary for coordination with your international colleagues.
- Experience in agile project management is an advantage, but career changers are welcome and will be trained and supported individually.
- A commercial or technical background is a plus but not required. A discontinued study or a career change from a completely different field? Maybe that makes you the perfect fit. Let’s talk!
